I’ve had exactly the same experience. I also use the phone at work often and I no longer freak out if I need to call the bank on a complex issue. My point though is that the phone is a piece of technology and technology gets replaced over time. I could call to get my bank balance but there’s an app for that these days. Soon it will be the same for many other types of basic calls and that’s what I welcome — not avoiding speaking out of fear but skipping a hassle because I can.
