1/ I stutter on the first letters if they are the ones that are difficult for me and sometimes on the whole word if I was more anxious and not feeling in control. 2/ Vowels: A O E Consonants: S T H 3/ I know right away when it's coming because I know the first letter that I should utter is difficult or sometimes a block would just surprise me in the middle of a sentence and I totally freeze , usually my heart starts beating fast and my hands become colder. 4/ of course , I get shortness of breath after finishing a hard paragraph or a long conversation like if a had been running for an hour non stop. I feel instant fatigue. 5/ while singing i've never stuttered other than few times when I'm thinking of it and when I'm reading alone I definitely do not stutter on a word, but in front of someone or in class yes. ( I actually can read long texts very fast with perfect fluency but only when I'm by myself). 6/ I take a deep breath before talking and I remind myself that the stutter is going to shatter within the first words , and sometimes I take poses between sentences or I try to sing what I should say in a soft way. 7/ shifting words is my favorite tactic , it helps so much. Especially in a essay that I know I should read: I adjust all the possible words to what is comfortable to , I gained more vocabulary thanks to that tactic. But that best way is to face your fear without changing anything even if you block because there are thing you cannot change like names and dates ...
