I faced the same problem and facing it whenever someone introduce to me. I just shake their hands and say "Hi" but I won't tell my name. If he ask my name, I try to pronounce half of your name and go easy on strong letters. The other person may not hear your name clearly. If he ask you again, Then you spell your name in letters and gently smile at him. While making appointments , just spell out the letters in your name. That's enough. Never fucking care what others think about you , it's your style of communication ,think of Marlon Brando (God father hero) communication, that's his style.
