Honestly, if your stutter is severe, I think that working in jobs that require constant speaking is harmful to you. I don't know where you live, your situation, the job opportunities around you, etc., but you can try other types of jobs. I have a severe stutter and I have always worked in warehouses. The first few years, because I had no experience, the work was harder and more "physical", but over time I learned other skills such as driving a forklift, checking merchandise, filling inventories, etc. and now my job is "better". It is also a matter of "survival". Now at 41 I couldn't compete with 20-year-olds in very physical jobs, so I had to adapt and learn other things. Good luck. (sorry my google translate english)
