If I’m being totally honest with myself, I don’t really use any. Before finding this subreddit, throughout my whole life I didn’t realise that stuttering was as popular as it is. I haven’t really given myself the opportunity to educate myself on it and learn from other people. In that way this subreddit has been a tremendous help because I am learning from literally every post. I mean I tried going to speech therapy for a few months, but then I stopped going because I felt like I wasn’t gaining anything from it. If you have any tips that I can learn from and try then please suggest them, it would help me a lot.
