My computer mic has connects to my pc via USB but also has a headphone output option. When used, I hear my own voice through the plugged in headphones and have also found that it helped my stuttering. It also made me talk very slow and weird and people thought I was inebriated lol. If you are on windows you should be able to rout your mic pickup to your primary sound device by going into the sound management panel for the device (in windows) and clicking the checkbox that says "listen to this device"
