I’ve stuttered for as long as I can remember too. It sucks when you go through a bad period but in my experience it gets better. Try not to worry about it too much. I know, easier said than done. But anxiety about stuttering really does make stuttering worse. Remember that in the end we just want to communicate, not talk perfectly. And we notice our speech imperfections much more than others anyway. For what it’s worth, what has helped me the most over the years, especially when I go through a rough patch, is to spend as much time as I can speaking fluently - which is usually reading out loud to myself or talking to myself in the car. If you can’t speak fluently to yourself that’s a place to start. If you can, I think the more you do it the more it reinforces the “fluent part” of our brains.
