Agreed as well. Until I was in my mid 20s I was convinced that the anxiety my stutter caused was fueling my stutter. And to many extents it was making it worse, no doubt. But once I gained decent control over my fluency, I realized I still had anxiety but it was not always impacting my stutter. Now my anxiety affects me in other detrimental ways that I have to constantly be working on. Guess what I’m saying is it’s best to always be working on your anxiety despite your stutter.
