Do you think stuttering is similar to Tourette’s?

Do you think stuttering is similar to Tourette’s? I have a pretty pad stutter- I have blockage, I prolong words, and I repeat too. I also have certain facial and hand tics that go with my stutter when I become more stressed or I think about my stutter. So is stuttering like Tourette’s? Scientists don’t really know the causes and helpful treatment for either and they both have to deal with differences in the brain.
