This is the sort of advice a mental 10yo would give. Seriously just start throwing hands? That's your advice? "not for pussies"? What sort of Andrew Tate fueled idiocy is this. Get counseling. Following this advice will do more harm than good. It will get people labeled as volatile, school faculty will not be sympathetic and "the bullies" will know they can press buttons and get an inappropriate reaction. This will isolate people and make them a target.
