I also deal with ADHD and stuttering, and I used to avoid situations that triggered my anxiety, even failing classes before. Now, the key difference is that I have a more absurdist view of life. Basically, I don't stress about social obligations and just focus on living in the present, trying to get the most out of it (anime, learning new things, running, swimming). Work can be difficult with ADHD and stuttering, communication can definitely be a struggle. However, I try not to worry about the future and just take things as they come. This might not be exactly what you were hoping for, but it's my way of coping right now.
