Yeah thats what my experience is as well. If you give the stuttering and the worries a lot of room in your thoughts it gets worse. As soon as you worry push the stutter-thoughts away, Get out there and talk to people and dont give a f… it also helps a lot to be happy and keep a positive mindset. In that way, when you talk you focus on the conversation, not inwards on your stuttering
