In a lot of cases stuttering has nothing to do with confidence. I would still order and stutter my way through it if they did not have a kiosk but it is good to have options. I can manage to get the words out but for people with a very severe stutter it is like telling them hey this ramp is bad for you it is making you too lazy to crawl up the stairs.
