Career with stuttering... I have been stuttering since I was 4 and I think it has a huge impact on my personality, life and everything. I wasn't gonna finish university because I wasn't gonna use my diploma due to my stuttering problem. Going through interviews was impossible for me. But anyway somehow I finished bussiness school and by a chance, my friend (senior programmer) offered me to help his freelance projects.(ı thınk he was kinda pitying me) I said yes and I started to learn programming and design. I am helping him and I am having experience etc. But if he will not be a friend of mine, or somehow he will stop doing freelancing projects, I will end up with nothing. Being unemployed is really hard. I am thinking to do cleaning/baby sitting jobs but for some weird reason, families want older women with experience. I am 25 year old. In my country, stuttering isn't considered as disability and I cannot get any positive discrimination from my government or companies. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
