It all depends on inner personality and past trauma. I have a friend that’s supermodel stunning, works out daily, eats rights, meditates, church, even therapy. She still can’t see what I see. It’s definitely not a one size fits all. But it’s always worth a try to find what fits for you. Glad you found it.
