23m stutterer here OP. It has improved quite a lot since I was 16. Back then it was pretty bad and I was honestly thinking the same thing too. But nah man you are tripping. Since then I have been in 3 serious relationships. The last one with my amazing current girlfriend who I live with. You will be fine. Focus on other things that you can control, like your hair, style, lifting, skincare and so on.
