Put Stuttering in my CV?

Put Stuttering in my CV? Is it recommended to put stuttering in your CV when applying for a job? I live in Ecuador and I am a Software Engineer, my main languages are Spanish and English but my stuttering gets in the way. When I apply for a job (remotely or on-premise) I get nervous when speaking to new people, for example in interviews with HR or technical interviews. Well... my doubt is should I let people know I stutter when I apply for a job? Yes, No, Why? Also, is stuttering considered a disability? I've read that it depends on the country you live.
