I've had similar experiences, and maybe you can relate.... I stuttered as a kid, starting to talk around 3 yrs old till I was 6. Then the stuttering went away, but it came back when I was in college, and when I was going through a career change. I'm 36 yrs old right now, and I feel like mine comes back for a few weeks-months when something in my life is going on associated with uncertainty/discomfort. As a teenager, I'm sure there's a bunch of worries, questions, etc going on in life, but is there anything in particular that you're thinking about or going through right now? If so, are there ways you can think of to resolve (or accept) the situation? This may not be an overnight fix, and just something that you'll need to work towards if this is what you're going through. I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing, but if so, I hope this helps. Let me know if there's anything you'd like to ask :)
