Hey there! I’m 26 and in the last decade or so I also struggle with my first name, and new last name. My name starts with an A. I try not to avoid it, and instead start very slow and soft. Kind of like easing into that very letter. Makes it easier for me. But I understand B is a little different from A, so that may not work for you. But my advice is to just go slow. In my experience, words I stutter on come and go. I used to stutter on chickfila, so ordering chickfila sauce became rather difficult, but about a year ago I stopped stuttering on it. Maybe just push through slowly and eventually you’ll be able to say it again. Although I still can’t say my first name without stuttering so who knows 😂
