Can stuttering cause an overbite?

Can stuttering cause an overbite? I (17M) have had a stutter since I was little, I have quite a strong jawline but my chin is slightly recessed (overbite). My form of stuttering is that I just block, then my eyes close, it looks like I’m having a seizure and then my whole head tilts backwards. Since my head tilts backwards (and then over and over again, for years), could that be the possible cause of my overbite? I have never been a mouth breather, though.
