Hi friend! I would really recommend seeking out speech therapy and emotional counseling. As you are 13, your speech therapist will not be able to help you ELIMINATE your stutter, but they can definitely teach you strategies for what to do when you feel a stutter coming and what to do when you're in the moment of stutter. Stuttering isn't just about slowing down or anxiety. It's complex! As far as emotional counseling, that individual can give you strategies for how to deal with asshole kids, not only in what to say back but to help you deflect their comments. Those kids are shit heads, but that's easier said than actually accepting and being able to distance yourself from their teasing. Another major major aspect is your personal attitude and the attitudes of those who love you (your family). It's time to tell them to stop telling you to "relax" or remind you that you're stuttering. You know when you're having a block/ stutter, they don't need to point it out!! A counselor or SLP can help you with this emotional aspect, but I'd really recommend searching for a 3rd party to intervene. You're 13 and need to be respected for your opinions, but your family may still see you as a child. Best of luck and if you want to PM me with your state, I can send you some resources for speech!
