Lol, I know that feeling. What I have found though, is people with less severe stutters often times have a worse relationship with their stutter. They usually beat themselves up even more. So it's not uncommon for you to feel like that. How I did that will be different than how you will do it. It's really about understanding where you believe your stutter is holding you back from, getting very clear on that. And taking action to unfold the lies you have been telling yourself. I can guarantee you, 1 lie you have been telling yourself is that when you stutter, you are not likeable. This lie is a big reason why people who stutter fold up and repress every time they stutter. And why so much shame comes with it. Once you discover the action you can take, to prove these lies of a mindset wrong, you will discover the shame, guilt, embarrassment, anxiety, inferiority of stuttering starts to get peeled away.
