Phone Interview

Phone Interview Hey guys, I just wanted to tell you about my phone interview today! I disclosed in the job application that I stutter, and on the phone the HR lady was super nice to me! She was genuinely curious about what stuttering was/how it has affected me throughout my life, and she even asked me about what I thought about President Biden and his openness about his stutter! She went above and beyond in reassuring me that it would have no bearing on my candidacy. Don't be afraid to disclose this to an interviewer; it makes the speaking much easier and puts you at ease :)
