I’ve seen a handful of Biden gaffes that I might be able to explain away as a stutter. Most of them aren’t. Go back and watch the VP debates in 2008 and 2012, he was different then. I’m not saying that he’s dementia addled or isn’t qualified to by president or anything, but tying stuttering and Joe Biden together at the hip is an awful, no good, very bad idea for so many reasons.
