I feel the same, being rejected by stutter which caused low social skills. I got invited to job interview but somehow being ghosted. I think stuttering is hidden reason - yes Im kinda nervous and somewhat struggle to answear stupid question like "tell me about yourself" ableism. Like I want to work, have experience on minimal wage job but nope.
