Has anyone ever used the Speech Easy device? Has it worked?

Has anyone ever used the Speech Easy device? Has it worked? So, I got this app called Fluency Coach which was developed by the one's who did Speech Easy and this is just like the ear device but with headphones. So far, it has worked for me indoors, but I am still testing it outdoors. Outdoors I still have trouble because I can't hear myself talk and there are too many distractions. I will try it for a couple months and then see if I wanna buy the device. Overall, how has speech easy worked for you all?
