Anyone else stutter on B's, D's & G's?

Anyone else stutter on B's, D's & G's? Hello my fellow stutterers. It's kinda crazy that we all stutter on specific sounds and letters. I stutter on vowels too. But my most difficult sounds to say are words beginning with B, D or G. Does anyone else stutter on B, D or G? Do you have any techniques for these sounds? For example, words like: Before, Doesn't, Get. I try gentle onset, but it hasn't worked for me. I sometimes think about replacing P for B, TH for D, and K for G. Because these sounds are easier for me to say. Example, for the above words, saying: Pefore, Thoesn't, and Ket. This technique is a little ridiculous, but it helps. Another technique is forcing it out aggressively, but I don't like doing this. Can anyone on this Earth relate to me in struggling to say their B's, D's & G's? How do you move through them? Do you not struggle with these sounds? What sounds do you struggle with? My B's, D's & G's instantly block. Feels like tension builds up and my speech just pauses. But we crack on!
