Yeah they don’t think it’s a big deal. So many people don’t understand saying “just speak slower” doesn’t really help. They might also think we’re too nervous and that’s why we stutter. But to fair, some people also don’t realize someone may have a stutter. Some people have speech blocks so the stuttering doesn’t even get a chance to occur even though it’s connected to it. Or it’s the stereotypical ‘s-s-stutter’ repetition on most every word. So there are people who stutter that others may not realize and think just that they’re just not great public speakers
