My son (7 yrs old) really took after me. He has my stutter and ADHD. Interestingly, he also has a second speech impediment, speech apraxia. And some other developmental delays . Before having him, I had those thoughts. Deep down, I didn't want him to have it, and he does, but that's life I suppose. He's the sweetest little boy, and I love him to death. I enjoy him every day, and he knows he's loved by both of us, and I think he will be ok.
