Any assistance for students who stutter?

Any assistance for students who stutter? Is there any assistance for international students that travel to UK (probably London) and stutter? Maybe the university can ease the transition in any way. So is it common or the student is on their own? If not, what do you suggest shall the student do when everything and everyone is new to them?
