Hello Roni! These techniques/strategies are working for a lot of stutterers. For this to work you need to know them very well, so well that they become automatic. This require that you use them ALOT so they become automatic. This is just some examples and there are many more. \- Whisper your name first and then immediately say it aloud: \[roni\]Roni. You cannot have any kind of pause here. If you have that you will typically start to hesitate and block/stutter. You need to practice to do this fast \- Use a sound and connect your name, like this "mmmmmmmRoni". It does not need to be "m". It can be anything. If you practice the length of mmm's can get so short that no one notices it. \- Say something else first. This depends on the situation. If you are asked "what is your name?" and you sense that you will stutter, say something else and then say your name. For example like this "Oh! Yeah. My name is Roni". I hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have questions.
