Just apply for a few jobs you are interested in. Doesn't matter of you have to speak lots or not. Prepare yourself for the interview(s). Write questions down and make sure you know what to say to certain questions. What do you like to do in your free time? Questions like that will be asked. It will also help to explain that you stutter and that this is a really big step for you. Also explain this to customers during the job that ask you questions. There will always be people that find it funny but as long as you ignore them you'll be fine. Good luck! Preparation is everything buddy!
