Hey just a piece of advice... maybe next time when you are feeling muted or afraid of speaking (because of stuttering or whatever) try to be **mute on purpose**. It will wear off the anxiety. When you catch yourself worring again just get yourself back in. Like a meditation practice. Keep going!
