I’m proud of where I have got my fluency to. Have various techniques I use to be pretty close to fluent when I need to be. Have a life and career I couldn’t have imagined. I struggle with the whole acceptance thing, I don’t accept it but understand that I’m lucky and can take that stance. I’m at times rather embarrassed by my pride in defeating my speech issues as opposed to how other have pride in their disability. Horses for courses I suppose.
