I see, the only advice I can give in that case is to try talk more. Even read out loud to yourself for 20 minutes a day, or try get into more speaking situations. Definitely try your hardest to not be disheartened by it coming back and begin to shy away from speaking, as in my experience that makes it worse. In terms of being afraid that people will feel you are doing it for attention - the best thing to do, especially with closer friends and family is to just be honest and say your childhood stutter has come back a bit, "just in case you ever notice". Definitely take care of yourself and don't sweat it too much, everyone is going through their own weird changes currently. Once the world returns to some form of stability I am sure our lives/minds/bodies will too :)
