I’ve been giving me the runaround since last June. Back and forth, weekly calls, multiple forms, doctors visits, all for them to tell me that I’m not approved. Even my doctor told me out of all the people he has seen and sent in DTC forms in for he thought I would be the one definitely approved. We thought wrong.
