Don't worry about if she knows or not. Just meet with her and it'll naturally come up in conversation. Re the aggressiveness - yes, I also don't stutter during a fight, but that's down to not thinking about what you're saying, you're just saying what you feel. Don't lean into it though, being aggressive with alienate you more than stuttering does
