Interesting, I always got marked down for fluency. I ended up adapting a different way by making videos. Now I’ve lost jobs due to my stuttering and other recent disability. I graduated top of my class and yet struggle keeping work. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I hate where my life is at. Head up, never ever report anything to HR even if they mimic your stuttering, you only get punished. You are seen as a liability and jobs want nothing to do with it. I always open up about my stuttering to jobs if I stutter in the interview and I can’t hide it. I would suggest it’s better to fake it till you make it. Don’t tell them unless you have to.
