Idk what your speech therapy program is, but two months in, I wouldn't expect any changes outside of the therapy office. In the program that either for me, that early on I was still working on learning the program. But in less than a year I saw remarkable achievement with regards to my fluency. Keep at it! Depending on how much you struggle with the emotional aspect, you could sell help from a psychologist. Your speech therapist might be able to make a referral. At the very least, try journaling. It's a great way to organize your thoughts and feelings. It also allows you to be objective when you look back at things.
