For me , it's an equivalence . Both my anxiety and emotional state are increase my stutter. And vice versa . I think what you said is right , we should work on self confidence more and kill that fear of judgement from strangers, at the end we're all equal they're no better than me . And , at my home , I still stutter even though I'm feeling comfortable , there are just moments when I don't expect to block or stutter and it happens without an alert . I think it's all related to how we think about it, and the fact we give a lot of consideration takes a tool on us and on our mental health.
