I tried Pagaclone. There was no effect. Perhaps it was a placebo. I also tried Zyprexa. I encountered blocks (that I normally dodge via circumlocution) and I had a left eyelid twitch. The twitching lasted 1 year. I was on Zyprexa for 3 months.
