I have the opposite. I find that I cannot talk particularly fast otherwise I just seem to run out of steam and start choking up on myself. I find it quite easy to speak some prepared thing if I do not expect a response but on the fly conversation is very arduous. The most common thing people say about my speech, more often than noticing my stutter in public speaking nowadays, is that I speak too formally and with much slowness.
