Thats just your opinion. Facts and reality state otherwise. You even mention in comments on this thread that you still stutter so i'm not sure what evidence you are using to be so certain of learned/trainable fluency. Imo a lot of con artist and snakeoil salesman look for vunerable groups to prey on and exploit for personal gain. Stuttering is one of those vulnerable groups targeted by people ir groups offering non evidence based solutions and false hopes. I'd say 90% of anything outside of government or education based institutions is likely fraudulent or if legitimate completely delusional.
