Working as a lifeguard and using a radio scares me

Working as a lifeguard and using a radio scares me I work as a lifeguard in open water and for some reason my stutter is much much worse over a phone or radio, we occasionally have bad accidents that we have to radio in for help and I’m scared I’ll mess up so bad infront of everyone, any tips? My stutter isn’t bad but I get stuck on some words, mostly ones that begin with B, D, S and F
