I think it’s a medium stop stutter, whereas my wife says it’s mild (she’s probably right as we think we are worse than we actually are haha) I work pretty hard to hide it online but recently I’ve been trying to be more open about it. If you watch that video I let one slip through on the phrase “chord progressions” at 3:16 ish Scripting my videos out a little helps with my blocks and stops though.
