Ok it's a little confusing at first, lol, but pretty easy. In this subreddit at the top it's the first pinned thread asking people if they want to voice chat on discord. Go into that and there is a link to discord. I just clicked it and that kinda did it all for me. it downloaded it, I input some information, then when you first open it it tells you what to do but it can be a little complicated. So the link will let you download the desktop app so i'll go off of that as I'm looking at it and new to it myself. After opening the app, on the left is the "stuttering support group" icon with a kind of nice purplish blue person looking icon. Click that and click #new comers and it will tell you what to do. When you get to self-assign-roles and pick the number of your region I got stuck because I forgot to click the checkmark on the very bottom where it asks for you to read the #readme rules. Sorry if this seems overwhelming but you can talk to a mod there or message me and I can help further. Once you click your region number and that checkmark I think it will let you start typing messages in any of the chats. People chat about what ever and it's also just a nice space to vent with a lot of understanding people that likely have been there too!
