I dont think you should be coerced by someone else into Mcguire, but maybe look into it then decide. All I can say is it didnt work for me. Maybe read John Harissons book, one quote from a youtube interview with him that rings true is 'stammering/stuttering is not a speech problem but a problem that manifests itself in speech' also there are people running internet programmes that look into circular breathing (without pause) and J Harissons work
