I'm 35, white collar salary drone.. for me it comes in waves, things have been 'better' for the past few months but the past two weeks have been pretty stressful tbh. I think the best I can offer is to not focus on it. For me I know it'll always be there at some level, but really - I notice it more than others. And that is usually the case.
