What age did you begin stuttering and when did you get speech therapy? Was your therapist trained in fluency and did you go through the Lidcombe program? And I’ve gone to speech therapy before, regular speech therapy, intensive program, etc. it’s just been hard as an adult and is not the same as a 5 year old going to speech therapy vs a 20 year old that has years of shame, avoidance, anxiety, etc.
