Thanks the reminder that I struggle to say my own name!! Has anyone ever told you to just relax and breathe and you will be fine? I have chronic anxiety yes, but I also stutter. I have a DISABILITY. No amount of fucking breathing and relaxing is going to help me say my own name. Next time you see someone in a wheelchair, tell them if just relax, they won't need the wheelchair. Easy.
